Public access requests
If you contact JurisLab, we receive the name, work email, organisation, practice and workflow description you choose to send through your email application. The form does not create an account or prove delivery by itself.
Authenticated workspace information
An approved workspace may process account, membership and matter information needed to provide access and operate the selected workflow. Access is checked against the applicable organisation and matter scope.
Confidential material
Do not send client names, PANs, source documents or confidential record text through the public contact form or ordinary email. Private access is not yet available and the public demo does not accept client material.
Public demonstration
The public samples use approved synthetic records. They are kept separate from authenticated client workspaces and are not presented as real taxpayer matters.
Purpose
Submitted contact information is used to review access requests, answer questions and arrange an appropriate product or security conversation. Authenticated information is used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the authorised workspace.
Retention, processors and model use
The applicable processing, retention, deletion and service provider terms must be confirmed during workspace approval before confidential use. This public notice does not invent a universal retention period or deployment configuration.
